My organization asked me to complete the Deeper Signals assessments as part of a leadership workshop. At first I was pretty skeptical, but once I got my results and dived into the report, my perspective completely changed. First off, it only took me about 5 minutes to complete. This is nothing like those long surveys that never end. Second, I got my report right away. I didn’t have to wait for anyone to email me a PDF. I could start reading my feedback report and learning about my soft skills. Finally, the feedback was incredibly targeted and helpful. It told me exactly what behaviors I should watch out for and what to do about them. The DynaMo feature was pretty neat too. Each week I now get advice and tips that keep my development on track.
