It's hard to overstate just how impressed I am with their customer service. I placed my first order and included my prescription which had some missing information (no fault of DeliverContacts.com). Without exaggeration, they called me literally four minutes later and requested permission to contact my optometrist on my behalf for the missing bit of information. Furthermore, they followed up with me after speaking with my optometrist to explain how the issue had been resolved. I am truly impressed with the level of customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction DeliverContacts.com has demonstrated. Their website states that their goal is "to earn our customers trust by offering consistently low contact prices and excellent service," and my experience with them thus far has shown that they are living up to their claim. Last thing I think is worth mentioning is that this is a small business co-owned by two married optometrists. I personally find comfort in knowing that my business may have directly helped a family pay for things like dance lessons or sports activities for their kids and/or grandkids.
