A very unreliable company. On Saturday we had a 90 minute appointment at a playground from which we missed more than half hour just waiting for our car. I understood that maybe they were busy and I made an appointment for our ride home 3 hours before, but guess what? I was waiting another half hour, having a 3 year old with me and being pregnant . The customer service was very bad. I called them after 10 minutes of waiting in the rain and the only thing that they were able to say was “we are very busy at the moment “ . I keep thinking what would have happened if I had to catch a flight or I had to attend another very important appointment.
