RUN!! And I mean that with all sincerity! I would give this company NO stars if I could. Design Eminent is a complete and total SCAM! They are FRAUDS. I initially hired this company to build my company website back in July 2020. It is now January 2021 and they have YET to complete my project. Six months and still NOTHING. They lured me and promised the most stellar website with all this extravagant components, and sold me a dream. They haven't delivered on anything that they promised. I initially paid $500 for a basic package. Four months later, they said it was impossible to deliver WHAT THEY PROMISED and harassed me for 2 weeks via constant phone calls, text messages, and emails, to pay an additional $600 so they could complete my site. Of course I fell for it again and paid they additional, and literally as soon as I paid, they completely fell off the face of the earth. They've completely ignored all of my emails, text messages, and phone calls requesting updates on my site and even demanding a full refund - per their company policy of a satisfaction guaranteed or a full refund. And yep you guessed it, NO RESPONSE. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE THESE FRAUDS. And I'm calling out Ferris Marven, Alfred Smith, and someone by the name of John who were all supposed to be my project managers. They are all compulsive liars and will tell you anything to get your money. Please, I urge DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!
