I've been writing a review in many places: trustpilot, reddit, better business bureau - they don't deserve to be in business for their unclear advertising and dishonest business practices. Do not trust the reviews on their website. These are over the top expensive for SIMULATED diamonds. They are not real diamonds - as in lab grown or natural. I believed they were lab grown when I looked them up to buy lab grown stud earrings as a gift. They do say simulated in the description, but it is fine print and pretty much spiced up cubic zirconia. I was dumb enough to buy from them, but definetly won't again. Most of the pieces on this site should be $50-$100, hence the company is scamming you. I then wanted to return them past the 30 day period in which I recieved an email to exchange. I called the one lady that answered the phone and she explains she can not exchange them for the same amount, which is absurd, and only gives the option to upgrade - essentially taking more money from you. Stay away from this place and their horrible customer service and scam products. I also wanted to submit a review on their website but it is submitted to be "moderated." Again, all the bad reviews are deleted so nothing on the site is true.
