I set out to purchase a lab grown diamond ring. This was in my search as well as what I chose. What I received was a simulated diamond. I called immediately to start the process for an exchange. Because I had cut their little tag off of the ring to try it on before I read the paperwork stating it was a simulated diamond, they made a big deal about allowing an exchange. The original ring was received on June 24. It is now July 10. I paid the difference in price. I paid $50 to ship it back, insured. I am being told it will be another 7 to 9 business days because it has to be custom made from this point, even though I paid on June 29. Not at all impressed with their exchange process. I also was told I would never be allowed to exchange or return again because I cut their stupid little tag off. I would never buy from them again.
