Their "security tag" was not attached to the earrings when we received them. I tried one earring on, it was difficult to get on bc the rod is so thick and the screw back made it very difficult to get in my ear. My ear was sore for 2 days afterward. I wanted to exchange for a different back, different shape stone and smaller stone. Since I could not prove that their sticker was not on the earring originally, they won't give an exchange plus refund the remaining balance. We would have to eat the cost or get the exact same earrings. It is shady to not attach a sticker then tell customers that "it has to be attached in order to return".
