I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service provided for my recent order. The service utilized, FedEx, resulted in significant inconvenience, as I was unable to leave my home while waiting for the delivery. Initially, I received a scheduled date and time, which were subsequently altered to a later time and further extended into the evening hours. This situation restricted my mobility and resulted in the unproductive use of my day, especially considering the substantial cost I incurred for the package. I was informed by FedEx that Agape chose the delivery time without providing specific delivery hours, which further compounded my frustration. Effective communication regarding the delivery schedule would have been appreciated, especially since I have limited days off. I believe it is unreasonable for a customer to spend their time awaiting a FedEx driver. Given these circumstances, I am seriously reconsidering any future business with your company.
