I bought a Lenovo X1 Carbon through their Swedish website and got the wrong configuration. After more than six months of back and forth emails with Digital River, who apparently is their reseller in the EU, there is still no resolution. They've promised to compensate me - I have it in writing - but nothing happens and all I get is another "I've made a follow-up to my team" when I remind them.
Digital River is by far the worst organisation I've ever had to deal with. Stay away if you value your time and money! Lenovo makes good hardware but poor partner choices.
