Have to agree with all these complaints Lenovo need to find better representation our business has never dealt with a more incompetent and infuriating company, across all departments and there online and telephone technology that does not work.
Spent about 8 hours trying to give them £1000's for an order, should have realised then it was a big mistake. Never again, our business will never purchase from Lenovo again and will be going back to our usual supplier that is hassle free.
