Digital river has been an ongoing disaster over several years. They debited our credit card without authorisation (done also 2 years ago without authorisation and told them NO AUTOMATIC PAYT FROM CREDIT CARD IN THE FUTURE)for a contract for Trend Micro security that does not expire for another year. The lady at the call centre in the Philippines was clueless and useless. We will be reconsidering our custom with them as having to continually waste time on the phone to fix their mistakes is becoming extremely frustrating and annoying.
