Ordered an IPad and was received almost bent in half. Took pictures of it all in unopened packaging within 20 mins of receipt. Returned the next day.
Not their fault as could have been the couriers, but a week later I am still waiting for a refund. Not impressed by their returns procedure or customer communication.
