Attracted by their very professional looking web site I ordered two iPad Pros, one for my partner and one for me. The tracking details gave a predicted delivery date outside of their 10 working days. My partners iPad arrived on that date but mine did not. I contacted PriceLuLu and they told me it would be delivered as per the tracking details. These kept saying the item(s) were in the ‘hub’. After a further week I queried as to where my iPad was. They then stated there was a supply issue so I asked for a refund. This refund got ‘lost’ on the first asking and I had to request it again. All the time PriceLuLu were still advertising the availability of this particular model of iPad. Their communication was poor, they do not follow up on orders. If I had not queried the lack of delivery of my iPad we would have all sat here being none the wiser. I won’t be using them again.
