Second time I have had this problem and looks like a common problem, Ive been waiting 10 weeks for delivery, the money has been taken, sent numerous emails and not one response or answer, awful customer service, no idea how to run mail.order, no wonder Fillipo wants to sever all ties with these people. I have run my boxing equipment company for 28 years and never treated customers this way, total lack of communication is not on and no understanding that a mail.order company has 28 days from taking money to delivery of purchase, unless an email or letter explaining the delay or offering a refund, I will never buy from them.again
