Sent me the wrong order, ignored me for 3 weeks. Want a refund and return postage refunded. Don’t trust them to get future orders right from fulfilment centre or to deal with any problems if they do happen. Update: increased to 3 stars The owner of the company in Italy who make the gloves explained the clothing, etc is provided by a fulfilment company in UK. He apologised for the customer service and organised for a full refund including costs to return. Upped to 3 stars, 5 stars for Filippo in Turin, but 1 star for the UK service. Hopefully the Fulfilment centre are now going to provide the customer service expected from Italy.
