Sorry I cannot give 5 stars. First the good bits. Prompt delivery. I've have two of these already (over 4 years) and they were excellent when new. One started to leak about a year ago. Cleaning has fixed it but I thought I'd buy a additional whole new set up. Now one of the new cups has leaked since I received it. I cleaned the SS sealing valve and used totally clean water. Still leaks. I rang Ryan (impressed that he is open to being contacted). My problem is that I received a fairly dismissive response that the valves are manufactured in millions and it could not possibly be the valve, and my water must be dirty. I can see this is possible but having had them for years, I have always found that cleaning fixes them. I think my main concern (apart from now having a product that doesn't work) is the dismissive way I was treated on the phone. How've, as I said the previous iterations of the product were good. I will continue to try cleaning and possibly try and filter the water, although the other 3 cups in the same situation give no trouble. If it is my business, I would at least send the customer a new cup. 🙂 PS the nipple valve seems pefcect.
