I have been using a 15 watt heatplate over the past 1.5 years or so and it has been excellent, especially with peace of mind compared to using a hot light globe in the past. The unit is durable and sturdy. I just purchased a second one which had a fault with the electronics and within hours of notifying have had the company provide great support to arrange a replacement. Parts used can have faults and so it doesn't really reflect on the company, the service is what matters.
