Supplied headphones were not as described (Photos in site showed BOSE, item received had BOSE marking, however seller now is advising they were Discount Headphone branded), microphone did not work and sound quality was poor. Asked for a refund. Seller took 2 weeks to provide return details, and has failed to refund after receiving the items a month ago. Seller Eventually provided refund today after I reported them for 'Failure to provide a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.' Seller then threatened me with serving court papers against me over my trustpilot review. I'll let Trading Standards determine the legality in what he advertising and selling.
