I bought this Item on March 1st, 2022, On March 12th, 2022 I sent an email regarding the faulty product that I received, and yet nobody responded to my emails.....I got really frustrated with their service and gave a negative review on their Facebook advertisement....my review was deleted from the comments, and the comment section for their ad was disabled. Somehow I got in touch with them through an online chat on their website and explained the issue with the product, they asked me to return the product and I did. I can see that the returned product was received by them, and yet no response...I need a refund, please. . The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract I have with https://www.discount-headphones.com/ that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. As you are in breach of contract and I've owned the product less than 6 years ago, I am within my statutory rights to ask for it to be replaced.
