Bought airpod pro's headphones on 15th May, arrived but were faulty on 17th May. Followed the recommended return and they replied with instructions and so posted back recorded which they signed for on the 20th May. To date 22nd June, I have made 6 phone calls and sent 5 emails and have heard/received nothing from them. I am disgusted that they can do this. All I get is a recirded message that they are busy, and an auto respond email. DO NOT USE.
