Bad service. I reserved a car with MEX cars in Mexico through Discover Cars. Mex Cars did not have the car we reserved upon pick up and gave us a smaller car at the same price (apparently a frequent scam for MEX cars is to only have a larger car and charge people loads more). It took us 2.5 hours to actually get our car. Mex cars have still not refunded my deposit. I took out full insurance and am now trying to take out a claim for a small scrape under the bumper and the Discover Cars website doesn't work - you can't actually upload your supporting documents. Waiting to see if they actually respond to my email and sort it out quickly.
