Drop off procedure sucks. One staff person, serving multiple clients after I dropped the car off and unable to issue a receipt and proof that the car was returned without damage. Finally a second person arrived who wanted a gas station receipt as proof that we refilled the car. We showed him on the odometer that the tank was filled and had 525 Km left/ full tank. Totally ridiculous, no other rental company in over 30 years has requested such a preposterous request. Need to improve drop off procedure. Understaffed and ineffective procedure. Be firm, demand a receipt that the car was returned undamaged.
