I had a issue with the car and the agency helped me out - isurance (which i was hesitating about but finally purchased) took care of my extra 150 Euro (cost to restart the drained battery) and the agency replaced the vehicle on the next day, driving 100 km to reach me. Issue was a malfunction of the fan sensor on Renault Megane.
Also the guys returned the glasses which my wife forgot in the car.
