I booked a car with DiscoverCars and paid their insurance - however when I got to the car rental desk I was asked to pay an additional 'admin fee' of $300 because I didn't take the car company's insurance, so I had no choice but to pay $350 extra and take the car company's insurance. When I got back home and spoke to DiscoverCars Customer Care about the issue they just ignored the fact of the $300 admin fee and claimed I had taken the rental company's insurance to lower my deposit (which was a conversation that never took place). Then customer care just ignored my follow-up emails. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THIS IF YOU CHOOSE TO BOOK WITH DISCOVER CARS
