We booked a car with discover car for our trip to Portugal, upon booking I was quoted £90 for 4 days including the higher insurance so I accepted this quote and then turned up to get the car, first had to get a shuttle bus to the car rental which I’ve never done before and waited for ages for the bus, when we turned up we were told we would told we would be charged £2500 on a credit card which would be refunded a week after we returned to which we felt really uncomfortable doing, so in the end was paid another £200 for the car on top of the £30 deposit I had already paid for a few days rental, felt like none of this was explained at booking Apparently the £30 is discover car fee
