The product was not available on time due to reasons beyond their control and Diss let me know straight away. They offered me a refund but I was happy to wait. They kept me updated throughout, again, checking I was OK given such a delay. The product when it arrived was exactly what I needed. So despite being delayed they did a great job of keeping me updated and informed.
