Communication was good and it all arrived ok. However a week after delivery I got a message saying "We have now processed and packed your order and it is due to be collected from us by APC. Your order is being sent via APC 24 hour service and you will shortly receive an email and/or text details with the tracking information"This made me think the order had been duplicated and I was worried about being billed twice and receiving a second one. So I had to contact Diss Iron works who explained that was their normal process. So I was not impressed with that but everything else was good
