Bought a set of cutlery and paid for first class delivery via Royal Mail. Tracked via the shop app and said it had shipped 2 days later so thought 3 more days would be more than enough to wait.
Emailed them after 7 days to ask where it was, 2 days later I get a reply saying that they were actually sold out when I ordered, so I shouldn't have been able to order, and they said they will refund me. Not sure when this is coming however.
Products look good but service was unfortunately poor.
