This year 2924 worst service ever. One parcel had 3 different tracking numbers. Parcels delivered to different counties. Parcels return to depots in counties far far way and no delivery attempt. Parcels Supose to be delivered together arrive separately during the day and evening in unmarked vans from different depots. Parcels tossed over the gate to land on damp grass. Not only that can take up to 3 months before they find the missing parcels they have lost. Most of the drivers are victims of bad conditions. Generally the drivers are polite and victims of rubbish employers. On top of that useless robotic help 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣that cannot understand any language. Incompetence by management is the polite word to describe how not to run a business. The rating should be zero.
