The product I purchased failed after about 12 months. I submitted video and sound recordings at your request, demonstating it was wearing out and would soon cease working altogether. Your response was there was nothing wrong with it. Shortly after, the item failed completely. I offered to send it to you for examination but you were not interested in analyzing how or why it failed. This appears to be a significant indication of where your priorities lie, and it certainly isn't with accountability and product support.
