Really happy with this post workout and the results I've seen so far. I don't want to jinx anything, but I've been getting the best sleep of my life with these supplements and I'm actually feeling refreshed and ready to go in the morning. I still feel somewhat sore after working out, but no where near the extent of soreness i used to feel. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from DOMS on a regular basis.
