Disappointing content and structure. I purchased this program for the winding and sleeping section. Everything is too theoretical. For example, I agree that placing your baby on their back will bring up wind but it’s not realistic to do this 15 times after every feed. I learnt nothing from the sleep section and there is no improvement in my baby’s sleep pattern. One section I found useful was the one on solids.
In terms of the structure, you should be able to swap between sections rather than only being able to go through the content from start to finish.
