I cannot recommend this program enough. Our 3 year old has never gone to sleep by herself. She’s always had to have one of us sat next to her in bed until she falls asleep/been fed/rocked to sleep when she was younger. This was taking away our evenings as it could take an hour+ to get her to sleep. After following this program, she now goes to sleep by herself, with no crying, no fuss and our evenings can now be spent together.
