The best decision I made! I’m a first time mum and have no idea what I’m doing, my baby wasn’t sleeping, he was overtired, grumpy and we were struggling as parents. When I started the program I didn’t have much faith, but when we put everything into practice our baby picked it up within 2 days. Now he’s happy and sleeping better. I wish I started this program earlier!
