Initially, we purchased the sleeping program and started the routines from 5 weeks old, this was a game changer! my baby is 13 months and she sleeps through the whole night!!! making us feel confident and reassured as parents. We recently purchased the toddler kit and it is so much helpful information from a physical and psychological point of view, this definitely makes us feel really empowered about this journey.
