I really enjoy the short format videos, they are great to watch while I’m up feeding at night. previously brought an app and an online booklet style program but haven’t persevered as there is too much admin/reading and they have been hard to follow.
I like how Dr Golly program is broken up into age brackets + small easy to listen to videos + small chapters of information to download.
