I’ve struggled with adapting our son to your routine times and find this can be a little bit too rigid for us; our son cannot stay awake for the suggested wake times so this throws the schedule out. We have however tried tailoring this to suit our needs and we’ve got at least some form of a routine in place. It would be helpful in the
