We first found Dr Golly after our baby was 6 weeks old and never sleeping! Our baby is now 6 months old and the best little sleeper since following Dr Golly’s programs. I was so anxious about the “4 month sleep regression” that I was constantly seeing on social media but following Dr Golly’s advice, our baby’s sleep patterns didn’t change! I can’t recommend this program enough.
