We were somewhat skeptical having heard of Dr Gollys program, however we saw an instant benefit from his winding / burping methods. Whilst the sleep program isn’t a complete game changer, it has helped us think about structuring our evenings and has brought more consistency and routine to our baby’s fist few months.
