I would go as far as saying I am Dr Gollys number 1 fan!
We started using the Dr Golly program when my son hit the ‘4 month regression.’ We went from hourly wake ups to getting a whole nights sleep! I didn’t believe it would work but it did.
I just completed the toddler program and am feeling confident in the transition from 2 to 1 naps.
I’m now pregnant with my second child and already have his book ready to go!
