Generally helpful and course had me considering my babies sleep much more purposefully which has helped us have a settled baby around 6 weeks. I’m using the one routine provided as a guide each day.
Downside is plan and guidance is a bit idealised. Would have appreciated more advice of FAQ for adjusting when things go wrong, variations in routine; how to recover from overtired or maximising naps on the go. Contact and short naps are super common in this age and not sure how they fit into this sleep approach or how to amend the rest of the routine provided when then occcur. Also more videos with different cues and cries or noises would be helpful.
All in all love Dr G content and approach to things so I’ll happily soak it all up but leveraging multiple resources (and trial and error) still required to implement it in real life scenarios.
