I was given the Dr Golly book & it was my bible in the first 4 weeks. I purchased the online program & started the 6 week routine & she slept through on the first night!!! It’s not all smooth sailing but Dr Golly calmly steps you through how to manage things like milk intolerances & when you need to seek help. I can’t recommend the book and online programs enough.
