The Dr Golly Little Baby Sleep Program was user friendly and informative. Dr Golly explains information very well in laymen’s terms. The program is easy to complete in intervals, in between looking after bubs. I would recommend this program to those wanting insight into how to settle their little one and how to start implementing a daily routine.
