I purchased the small baby sleep program, and it was worth it for the winding technique alone! The modules are highly educational, easy to follow and in readily digestible topics (making it easy to follow and take in around baby nap times!). The day ‘schedule’ is a guide only and I found it was easy to adapt for my baby. The temperature, wake window and day nap guidance was also incredibly helpful. I’m glad I purchased.
