We started the Dr. Golly sleep program from when our little one was a newborn. It helped us immensely through those long days/nights. Our now five month old is on a pretty predictable routine thanks this program (with the occasional changes that come along the way). It has also given us confidence when starting solids - she is loving her food!! Can’t wait to continue using these guides as she gets older.
