This was a godsend, purchased whilst awake overnight with my screaming 5 week old! It is so easy to follow and delivered kindly and realistically, even for someone deep in the trenches of sleep deprivation! The active winding technique and has honestly changed our lives (and my mental health) so quickly that I am so grateful. At 7 weeks we are now in a good routine and getting regular stretches of decent sleep, just wish I’d had this 4 years ago with my first bubs!
