We purchased the whole bundle when my son was 2 months old and I was struggling. We followed everything form when he was around 4 months old and he was sleeping through the night fully from 7 months. We then had another baby, 18 months later and followed the same and I now have a 3 year old and 18 month old that share a room and both sleep through the night and nap well during the day. Very happy family over here and suggest this to anyone struggling to get their kids to sleep, even toddlers
