Was booked in for 1st mot and 2nd service on my vivaro van. I pre booked a courtesy car which was elecrric, which when handed to me was asked hiw far am I going as it had lest than 70mile range on it. Received a call while at home saying my van is to big for there ramp and where they usually take them to get the mot, they are not answering the phone.. very disappointed and won't be buying any more vehicles from here. I was also told I need a service on my van every 10000 miles on my van when it was recalled before the last saervice which was done at 12000 miles, now they say it's due every 20000 miles, make your minds up. Will be taking this further to head office as I feel let down and ripped off.
