Rubbish service... waste of time November 18th, 2020 I applied for a 2 visas for my mother and father in law who are elder people and are coming to visit us because my wife is about to have a baby. All I wanted is to get the application submitted as soon as possible. The 3 days passed and when i got in touch with them they said we will submit after 10 days. I explained that the tickets will be expired before that then they said can we cancel your application. And after a min they canceled it. Very useless they wasted my time and frustrated me keep me following up for a week i would have got my visa long ago by applying directly to government. Don't waste your time with dubaivisa.com.
