Horrible company! Such a scam. We paid for the tourist visa and after we paid, they told us that it’s mandatory that we must get insurance through them for almost $400! They never gave the visa and nobody answers the phone!! Now my 30th birthday is ruined and our flight is in 3 days. Such a Scam! I think they are in Pakistan, not even In Dubai. So wrong. I hope Karma gets you.
